“Anyone who is thinking about doing a course with Academy One, just go for it. I started the course with them this time last year in Galway. It was the best decision and investment I have ever made. The tutors are second to none, Patrick is always at the end of the phone to answer any questions you have. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and I would love to be doing it all over again. The course detail is excellent, the A&P is very detailed and I really gained so much knowledge that I didn’t even know I needed. “Just finished my gym instructor and etm course and passed all my exams so im very happy with that. I enjoyed the course from start to finish. Terry was my instructor for the gym section of the course. I learned so much from Terry, he is a legend as far as im concerned, I can’t speak highly enough about him and I would recommend to everybody who wants to learn how to train and work in the gym to learn from him. I had Brendan for anatomy and physiology. I never thought I’d saythis because I just like to get in the gym and work but I really enjoyed learning A&P and Brendan is absolutely brilliant at teaching it. He has a unique style and explains things in a way that you just remember it and it stays with you, I also learned a lot from him and I will be forever grateful, top man Brendan. Which brings me to etm. Emma was my instructor for the etm. When I first started in her class I thought to myself that I am not going to like this learning aerobics but how wrong was I. Anyone who can get me to the stage where I not only enjoy an aerobics class but can teach one too is a genius. Her classes where brilliant and a great workout too. Three brilliant instructors who helped me big time and who really help you to learn and be the best that you can be as a fitness instructor. Teachers were great with absolutely amaizing knowlage and unbelievable high quality…i made lifelong friends through it also.
